Gather and analyze client requirements for integrated pension administration implementations. Document business processes, map workflows and data across pension, payroll, finance, and related systems, collaborate with architects and developers on solutions, define testing criteria, support quality assurance, redesign reports and communications, and follow up with stakeholders on implemented changes.

Performs manual software testing for healthcare technology solutions in an Agile environment. Develops test strategies, scenarios, cases, scripts, and test data; executes tests, reports defects, retests fixes, and maintains test suites. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, supports QA peers, provides client training, and helps manage testing risks and deadlines. The role requires bilingual English and French communication and availability to travel within Canada.
