Performs manual software testing for healthcare technology solutions in an Agile environment. Develops test strategies, scenarios, cases, scripts, and test data; executes tests, reports defects, retests fixes, and maintains test suites. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, supports QA peers, provides client training, and helps manage testing risks and deadlines. The role requires bilingual English and French communication and availability to travel within Canada.

Leads end-to-end software implementation projects for pension and benefits platforms, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, governance, and client relationships. Manages executive stakeholders, steering committees, resource allocation, change control, and multidisciplinary configuration, data, QA, development, and integration teams. Mentors project managers, improves PMO practices, and applies AI and automation to reporting, forecasting, dependency mapping, and delivery governance.

Analyze clients’ Defined Benefit pension calculation rules, translate requirements into technical specifications, configure pension administration software, and support integrations, testing, and quality assurance. Serve as the primary connection between clients and project teams, review test scenarios, recommend software improvements, and provide post-implementation customer support. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, along with occasional travel across Canada and the United States.
