Partner with clients and recruiters to source, screen, and present candidates for pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs roles across North America. Execute creative sourcing strategies, conduct phone interviews, build candidate pools, perform market mapping and competitive intelligence, maintain ATS data and client/candidate relationships, and support special projects to meet monthly performance metrics.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidate advocate by managing full-cycle technical recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, advising on hiring and compensation, maintaining ATS data and achieving weekly/monthly submission and hire targets.

Support sales teams by coordinating and writing bids (RFx), producing and managing proposal content and case studies, maintaining SharePoint libraries, and creating high-quality proposals and presentations. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing SMEs to ensure content is current and aligned to brand. Provide occasional PowerPoint support for clients and assist with content management and quarterly review processes.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates; build candidate network; consult with hiring managers; meet submit/hire targets; maintain ATS and reports; deliver strong client and candidate relationships.

Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting for the company and international subsidiaries, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing treasury and cash forecasts, driving shared services and centralized treasury, coordinating audits and external providers, and supervising a global remote finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial strategy.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Canadian clients: source, screen, interview, and close candidates. Build talent pipelines, consult with hiring managers on selection and compensation, maintain ATS data and meet weekly/monthly submission and hire targets while providing excellent client and candidate experience.
