Finance Analyst position will be supporting Americas FP&A. This role will assist in the budgeting, forecasting and analytics processes for Software including ARR and Cash Flow.
Job Responsibilities:

Working with the Business organization including Sales and Sales operations to prepare Monthly Revenue Forecast.

Support in monthly reporting of regional analytics - ARR, orders, revenue and, including variance analysis.

Validating and reviewing ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) process and reporting.

Providing finance support as required during Quarterly Business Reviews.

Supporting Americas finance driving innovation by bringing forward new ideas and processes for improving the efficiency in finance.
Experience:
-
3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in FP&A group.

Thorough knowledge of accounting concepts - Annual Recurrent Revenue, Annual Contract Value, Total Contract Value, Revenue recognition, Backlog, Cash Flow.

Timely and accurate reporting of Financial Analytics, maintaining Internal stakeholder satisfaction and developing Interaction with Americas Leadership Team and Group Finance (Business Finance and Finance Operations)

Curiosity about data and systems to drive continuous improvement and deliver accurate and insightful analysis.

Logical and structured problem-solving skills and good analytical skills.

Experience utilizing and manipulating data from various sources (Data Warehouse, ERP systems, Salesforce)

Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative.

Ability to work with other finance colleagues in different areas to resolve open items.

Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration. CMA/CPA Certification is a plus

Proficiency in excel and Power BI as user and as builder of complex reports/dashboards
