About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Technical Consultant for our HRdirect service center.

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Analyze and respond to employee questions by relying on best human resources practices and our knowledge base

  • Maintain a call log to document the steps leading to resolution

  • Collaborate with different teams to find solutions tailored to various situations encountered

  • Stay informed about movements, changes in policies, procedures, standards, and ongoing projects within the service and the company

  • Participate in keeping the knowledge base up to date

  • Participate on an ad hoc basis in various team projects

What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or in the process of obtaining it (or any other relevant field)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingualism in French and English required. Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country

  • Demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration and provides excellent customer service

  • Positive attitude, autonomy, and strong sense of ethics
