The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Experience will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the core messaging and positioning of Spring Health’s technology and services designed for HR and benefits leaders. This role requires a skilled product marketer who can translate product innovations into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, including sales, customer success, revenue enablement, cross-functional marketing teams, and the executive team. In addition to supporting downstream marketing initiatives, this role will focus on upstream activities such as market research, product strategy alignment, and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging frameworks and related artifacts that reflect the value of our products and services, resonating with both internal and external audiences.
  • Storytelling Through Product Demos: Develop and maintain storylines that bring our product differentiation to life. 
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with teams across product, sales, customer success, global operations, and customer experience to ensure alignment and support for all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Market Strategy & Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • GTM Orchestration: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective rollout.
  • Revenue Enablement: Partner with the revenue enablement team to provide sales and customer success teams with tools, presentations, and insights that effectively communicate product benefits, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Thought Leadership & Content: Collaborate with brand and growth marketing teams to create and deliver compelling content that positions Spring Health as a leader in the mental health tech space.

What success looks like in this role: 

  • Revenue impact, including improved deal velocity and win rates.
  • Successful execution of cross-functional initiatives, meeting intended outcomes.
  • Positive feedback from sales and customer success teams on the relevance and utility of marketing materials.
  • Timely completion of GTM projects with measurable impact on company goals.

What we expect from you: 

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or data/analytics products.
  • Proven expertise in developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Skilled in translating complex product concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and interpreting product performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and creating effective go-to-market collateral.

The target base salary range for this position is $131,200 - $164,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
