The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Success, will play a pivotal role in aligning product marketing strategies with customer success objectives to drive upsell and renewal goals. This role requires a strategic marketer adept at developing and implementing frameworks that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value. By closely collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, you will ensure that our offerings are effectively positioned to meet customer needs and support business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Alignment: Develop strategic partnership with customer success leaders and managers to deeply understand the needs of current customers and commercial goals.
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling messaging that communicates the value of our products and services, tailored to existing customers to drive engagement and expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, informing strategies that support upsell and renewal efforts.
- Content Development: Create targeted content and collateral that supports Customer Success teams in their efforts to educate customers and promote additional products or features.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives in driving upsell and renewal, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What success looks like in this role:
- Meeting or exceeding upsell targets and renewal rates, contributing to strong revenue growth.
- Enhanced customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
- Positive feedback from Customer Success and Sales teams regarding the effectiveness of marketing support.
- Successful execution of marketing initiatives that align with customer success goals.
What we expect from you:
- 5-7 years of product marketing of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or employer services.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and their application in product marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and performance analysis.
- Experience creating compelling content and collateral that drives customer engagement.
The target base salary range for this position is $131,200 - $164,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
