- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house.
- Proven success hiring for engineering and leadership roles.

- Commitment to building and managing a diverse talent pool.

- Leverage data-driven insights to assess pipeline health, optimize hiring processes, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Balance growth with quality, maintaining a high talent bar to ensure every hire meaningfully contributes to the team and culture.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive talent through research, networking, and innovative outreach.
