The Business Analyst supports Finance Business Solutions by analyzing and improving financial processes, documenting requirements, mapping workflows, supporting project implementation, and planning testing cycles. It also promotes change management, responsible AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance and other departments.

Develops and manages alumni and student engagement programs, events, communications, mentorship opportunities, and partnerships. Builds relationships with alumni, donors, students, leaders, and community partners while coordinating event logistics, budgets, timelines, sponsorships, and recognition activities. Tracks engagement metrics to improve programming and supports fundraising, stewardship, and institutional events. Requires strong project management, communication, organization, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Provides personalized career advising and coaching to students and alumni through consultations, workshops, presentations, mock interviews, and career readiness events. Develops employment resources, interprets labour market information, supports employer job postings and recruitment initiatives, researches industry trends, and analyzes service data to improve career services. Builds partnerships with employers, instructors, academic leaders, and internal teams to support career pathways and graduate employment success.

Coordinates the planning, design, approval, and launch of new credit programs and major program revisions. Leads cross-functional teams, manages timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, governance documentation, and stakeholder communications. Evaluates proposals for strategic alignment, market demand, learner outcomes, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Facilitates design sessions, develops business cases, supports change management, and advises academic schools on program development and governance processes.

Supports software and technology readiness across classrooms, teaching labs, and specialized lab environments. Responsibilities include application installation, imaging, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, incident and request response, documentation, licensing coordination, and collaboration with instructors, research groups, vendors, and ITS teams. The role assesses hardware and software compatibility, supports academic term readiness, contributes to root-cause reviews, and improves processes for reliable technology delivery.

Provides administrative support for health and public safety curriculum and quality processes. Responsibilities include implementing course changes, maintaining records and templates, loading learning-management-system resources, supporting accreditation documentation, preparing reports, verifying records, tracking action items, and communicating with staff. The role also manages filing systems, requisitions, documentation control, and related administrative tasks while developing proficiency in institutional software.

Lead and support SAIT Trojans athletic events by managing spectator engagement, ticketing, game statistics, broadcasting/production logistics, digital media, setup/takedown, and front- and back-of-house event duties. Coordinate pre-participation training/certifications and create promotional content while supervising game-day roles such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, announcing, video, and mascot management.

Casual Minor Officials support SAIT athletic events with spectator engagement, ticketing, scorekeeping, broadcasting/production, digital content, game statistics/film management, setup/takedown, and fan relations. Role includes social media promotion, photography/graphics, announcing/DJ duties, and other event support. Requires Grade 12, sports participation, customer service experience, local travel within Calgary, and availability evenings/weekends. First Aid/CPR and sport certifications are assets; media, broadcast, or event experience preferred.
