Manage clinic operations, employees, budgets, KPIs, quality assurance, risk reporting, and strategic initiatives. The Clinic Manager will lead staff engagement, support patient safety, maintain established processes, make operational decisions, and help achieve short- and long-term goals. The role requires business judgment, leadership, organizational skills, technology proficiency, and travel to other Canadian clinics for training.

Assists with pre-operative and post-operative patient testing, maintains accurate charts, answers patient questions, schedules follow-up appointments, updates clinic systems, and reports patient safety concerns. Works closely with optometrists and receives cross-training in reception duties. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, teamwork, multitasking, customer service, and flexibility across Calgary-area clinic locations and rotating Saturdays.

Provides administrative support for a LASIK clinic, including handling central office requests, month-end reporting, purchase orders, invoices, patient financing transactions, chart audits, and risk reporting. Coordinates clinic projects, follows up on audit actions, supports the Center Director, and provides backup coverage across clinic roles. Requires strong computer skills, customer service, multitasking, teamwork, and schedule flexibility, including occasional support at partner clinics.
