The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Investor Relations with strong experience across accounting, finance, and capital markets communications, and an understanding of energy infrastructure businesses.

This role is responsible for producing high‑quality financial analysis and materials for senior management and the Board of Directors, including in‑depth financial and competitive analysis of the Company and its peers to help inform strategy and capital allocation decisions. The role also contributes to the development of clear, compelling investor‑facing narratives, including support for external disclosure and earnings communications.

The successful candidate will play an active role in the development of investor communications and marketing materials and, as appropriate, interact directly with investors and analysts to support their understanding of the Company’s strategy, performance, and key business developments.

This position is eligible for our relocation program.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including earnings call scripts, investor presentations, and follow‑up materials for investor and analyst meetings

  • Contribute to the drafting and review of external disclosure and public communications, including annual and quarterly reports, news releases, MD&A, proxy materials, annual information forms, and other regulatory filings, as applicable

  • Monitor investor relations issues, market trends, and peer activity, and provide insights to support investor engagement

  • Prepare and analyze corporate valuation metrics for the Company and its peers, including market performance, capital structure, and relative valuation analysis

  • Conduct financial, competitive, and capital markets analysis and prepare materials for senior management, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions

  • Support the development of investor-facing narratives and messaging by translating complex financial and operational information into clear, consistent communications

  • Develop investor marketing materials and track and report on investor outreach and engagement activities

  • Contribute to Investor Day planning, materials development, and execution

  • Respond to investor and analyst inquiries in a timely and professional manner, exercising sound judgment and escalating as appropriate

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related discipline

  • 6+ years of relevant, progressive experience in investor relations, finance, accounting, capital markets, or a related field

  • Strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and business fundamentals, with the ability to apply these principles to real‑world business situations

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of, or interest in, the energy, natural gas, and power infrastructure sectors

  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours during peak reporting and market activity periods, as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience preparing clear, accurate, and well‑structured materials for senior internal and external audiences

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience supporting investor communications, earnings processes, and external disclosure in a public company

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and reporting skills

  • Demonstrated interest in capital markets and investor behavior

  • Experience working with reporting, collaboration, and analytics tools, including Copilot, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar

  • Progress toward or completion of a professional designation such as CFA, CBV, CPA, or an MBA (Finance)
