Coordinates assigned projects and provides administrative support to project managers. Maintains customer orders, enters and tracks purchase orders, expedites vendor orders, reconciles final billings, and coordinates between vendors, sales, management, and customers. Processes shop drawings and supports sales initiatives while maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships.

Serves electrical distribution customers by phone and email, processes orders, inquiries, and quotations, confirms product availability, recommends alternatives, follows up on quotes, conducts outbound sales calls, and supports e-commerce inquiries.
