Manages and grows a portfolio of pharmacy and customer accounts across Western Canada. Responsibilities include retaining members, identifying and closing sales opportunities, conducting account reviews, creating account plans, managing CRM records, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with internal sales and support teams. The role requires consultative selling, relationship management, pharmacy-business understanding, and regional travel, including overnight trips, tradeshows, educational programs, and customer events.
