Lead and grow Vanta’s App Primitives engineering team, overseeing hiring, team health, delivery, and senior engineer development. Design and build scalable, shared platform systems and libraries used across product teams. Partner with product teams to define clean APIs, drive architecture and engineering standards, participate in code reviews and design discussions, document systems, and improve developer experience and platform reliability.
