Creates and manages sales enablement content, including playbooks, courses, quizzes, certifications, videos, talk tracks, and battle cards. Partners with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, technical experts, and GTM leaders to translate complex Docker and AI Governance concepts into clear sales materials. Owns content prioritization, production, governance, findability, and continuous improvement using engagement data and field feedback.

Manages sales enablement systems, role-specific onboarding, training programs, reporting, and field support for Docker’s GTM organization. Administers Mindtickle and related tools, facilitates new-hire ramp, analyzes Gong and participation data, creates enablement content, coordinates cross-functional training, and presents insights to sales leadership. The role also supports program logistics, tracking, budgets, and continuous improvement.

Serves as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing, owning funnel, attribution, ROI, account scoring, experimentation, and pipeline analytics. Builds scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls while connecting customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and revenue data. Delivers executive-ready reporting, QBR insights, and recommendations that improve conversion, marketing investment effectiveness, account-based marketing, product adoption, and pipeline growth.

Lead pre-sales technical strategy for strategic mid-enterprise accounts. Conduct discovery, shape requirements, run competitive proofs of concept, develop integrations, deliver demos and architecture reviews, and communicate business value to senior stakeholders. Advise customers on AI governance, container security, DevSecOps, software supply chain integrity, and secure development workflows. Build technical champion relationships, support competitive sales strategies, advocate for customer needs internally, and partner with sales, product, engineering, post-sales, and support teams.

Serve as a trusted post-sales technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers. Drive Docker adoption, operational maturity, value realization, risk mitigation, and renewals while managing technical relationships. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales; provide guidance on containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and developer productivity. Maintain customer health documentation, lead reviews and enablement programs, develop scalable playbooks, represent customer feedback internally, and mentor other TAMs.

Lead Docker’s Secure Build and SCS Services teams, owning delivery, team health, technical direction, operational excellence, hiring, and engineer development. Shape portfolio priorities across secure build, Docker Scout, and Docker Hardened Images while balancing roadmap work, reliability, on-call, and stakeholder commitments. Partner with Product and cross-functional teams, guide distributed-systems and infrastructure decisions, oversee incidents and production operations, and establish clear ownership across team interfaces. The role requires strong backend engineering judgment, software supply-chain security understanding, and leadership across remote European and US teams.

Lead design and delivery of self-service platform capabilities: provisioning, deployment, observability, and multi-region networking. Drive RFCs and cross-team alignment, build APIs (primarily in Go), implement Terraform/GitOps flows, improve EKS reliability and Grafana-based SLOs, and reduce operational toil via safe, auditable automation. Own on-call rotation and platform adoption outcomes.

Serve as a senior technical leader for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre- and post-sales. Lead prototyping, create custom demos/content, coordinate field feedback with product and engineering, deliver enablement to technical and executive audiences, and represent Docker in customer and partner engagements (up to 50% travel).

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead GTM FP&A: forecasting, headcount and Opex management, bookings/ARR metrics, quota and pipeline modeling, ROI/unit-economics analysis, compensation modeling, automation and AI-driven reporting, and board-level reporting. Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.

Lead technical engagements with high-priority enterprise customers, supporting container and AI journeys, developer workflows, solution demonstrations, prototyping, enablement, and product alignment. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritized product feedback. Serve as a regional technical thought leader and represent Docker with customers and technical alliance partners. Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
