As a Proposal Specialist at Canacre, you will lead and coordinate the development of proposals for infrastructure projects, working with business development teams. Responsibilities include conducting research, writing, editing, ensuring compliance, and managing proposal production. You will analyze RFPs, identify risks, and liaise with subcontractors and partners to produce high-quality submissions.

The Technical Writer will create and edit operating procedures, assist in developing quality control plans, maintain document version histories, and support overall process improvement through documentation management. They will also proofread and edit various departmental documents as needed.

As a Project Manager at Canacre, you will lead project deliverables for Land & Row projects, coordinating internal teams, managing stakeholder communications, and identifying/mitigating project risks. You’ll also maintain relationships with third parties and work with Business Development to pursue additional opportunities.
