Solicits and develops customer business for refractory products through sales calls, site visits, technical support, product selection, quotations, presentations, and order follow-up. Manages customer relationships, inventories, complaints, collections support, forecasting, CRM reporting, budgets, and supplier relationships. Requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and industry-specific skills, along with engineering or industrial technology education and 4+ years of refractory or industrial sales experience.
