Own the Data and ML product roadmap, focusing on predictive performance infrastructure, creator-brand matching, and marketplace intelligence. Translate data and machine learning capabilities into measurable value, define product metrics, run experiments, prioritize initiatives, and balance brand and creator needs. Partner with engineering, data, design, and leadership to deliver products tied to retention, contribution margin, and other commercial outcomes.

Own creator sourcing and onboarding for major brand campaigns, filling complex rosters against specific campaign requirements and tight deadlines. Manage creator and talent agency relationships, including negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and support. Track funnel performance, deliver roster KPIs, support sales pitches and RFPs, resolve creator issues, and coordinate with internal teams to anticipate demand. Requires strong creator marketing expertise, high-volume outreach experience, agency management, Salesforce and spreadsheet fluency, and comfort working cross-functionally in an evolving environment.
