Develop strategic account plans, analyze account health, run executive business reviews, manage contracts and negotiations, champion product feedback, drive feature adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure measurable customer value.

Lead a team of content marketers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to own search and AI answer-engine strategy. Build AI workflows, define editorial standards, produce differentiated content across the funnel, audit and optimize existing content, measure visibility and impact, and oversee distribution across web, social, paid and external platforms to drive demand and conversions.
