This includes strategic engagement, opportunity identification, and achieving sales quotas through effective account management and collaboration with teams.

Administer and calculate monthly and quarterly commissions, manage and update commission software, create commission plans and onboarding, produce KPI and progress reporting, analyze operations to identify improvements, consolidate data for decision-making, and present findings to leadership.
