Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including skills-gap analysis, role-based learning, onboarding, workshops, certifications, communications, KPI measurement, tool adoption, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports sales performance through technical and non-technical training while requiring cybersecurity knowledge, executive communication, and experience managing enablement programs and roadmaps.

Advise customers on Microsoft security environments, conduct security health assessments and license reviews, identify risks, and deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps. Lead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and technical workshops across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and Azure. Make approved tenant configuration changes, support security escalations, manage concurrent consulting engagements, and communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders. Provides expert-level support within a 24x7 security operations center, leading complex customer escalations and high-impact investigations. Builds automated case playbooks, training materials, and knowledge content; troubleshoots security tooling and services; performs root-cause analysis; and partners cross-functionally on improvements. Audits support quality, coaches analysts, and applies expertise in endpoint, SIEM, cloud, identity, network, phishing, threat detection, AI, and incident response practices.

Owns integrated B2B prospect campaigns from ideation through execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting. Coordinates content, digital, paid media, web, SDR, field, international, and channel teams; manages campaign calendars, budgets, vendors, webinars, nurture programs, and ABM initiatives. Analyzes funnel performance to improve lead-to-MQL-to-SQL conversion, uses Salesforce and Pardot for tracking and attribution, and presents campaign results to senior stakeholders.
