The Senior Manager, Human Resources partners with leaders in the Injectable Aesthetics business, driving talent strategies, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance to enhance performance and engagement.

Drive Opex, headcount forecasting, business-unit financial planning, and GTN forecasting for U.S. Injectable Aesthetics. Deliver monthly variance analysis, P&L insights, scenario modeling, and support budget/forecast processes. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, and business leaders to optimize spend, manage liabilities for discounts/rebates, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Support promotion ROI, cash flow, and executive reporting.
