Manage and grow existing mining clients within a territory, act as primary client contact, drive renewals and upsells, coordinate support and service, prepare reports/forecasts, present solutions, and collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to meet client satisfaction and business targets.

Lead global customer success for Hexagon's underground mining solutions: define and scope technology deployments, measure adoption and value, build reference sites, support sales and product releases, develop deployment and change-management best practices, create training, mentor team members, and represent customer feedback to product teams.

Provide technical support and services for Hexagon Mining's MinePlan software worldwide. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases to resolution or escalation, deliver client training and project assistance, create documentation and self-service materials, assist product development with defect reporting and testing, participate in on-call support, and travel to client sites as needed.
