Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Explain product value, address customer concerns, build prospect pipelines, nurture relationships, maintain Salesforce records, and close new accounts while meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The role requires strong communication, phone presence, organization, persistence, customer service, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients to drive adoption, retention, onboarding and training, resolve escalations, maintain CRM records, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech to grow account revenue and satisfaction.
