Support the US Product team as a Zelle product expert, translate product vision into requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering, analyze product impacts, and support delivery of Form3's Zelle gateway.

Lead US account-to-account payments product strategy and roadmap, focusing on Wire and ACH while supporting RTP and FedNow. Drive discovery, delivery, launch, commercialization and pricing. Collaborate with engineering, commercial and sales teams, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with payment schemes and regulations, and build bank relationships to uncover customer needs and drive product adoption.
