Manage strategic relationships across Canadian automotive retail accounts, serving as the primary client contact and trusted advisor. Drive retention, upselling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth. Coordinate sales, professional services, and customer success teams; develop account plans; monitor account health; advocate for customer needs; and lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations. Requires at least four years of account management experience, preferably in SaaS or software, with regional travel as needed.
