Manage BDC’s loan portfolio through annual reviews, financial analysis, risk assessment, and service-request processing. Review financial statements, monitor profitability and borrowing activity, identify risk indicators, and recommend loan amendments or restructuring solutions. Ensure files meet audit and policy requirements, authorize decisions within delegated limits, collaborate with Credit and Business Development teams, monitor regional economic trends, and coach team members.
