Provide on-farm and remote herd management support and training for GEA software and milking systems across Canada. Troubleshoot technical issues, prepare herds for system startups, train dealers and technicians, handle escalations, maintain reporting compliance (DairyTrace, ProAction, CQM), perform software updates, attend industry events, and communicate progress to management and sales.
