Lead platform engineering initiatives across cloud infrastructure, continuous delivery, developer environments, observability, and operational tooling. Own architectural decisions, build self-service infrastructure, improve CI/CD reliability and developer productivity, support AI-enabled engineering workflows, and participate in production on-call and incident response. Lead frontend architecture and product delivery across Moxie, with a focus on design systems, GraphQL data architecture, frontend tooling, CI, performance, and development workflows. Partner with Design, Product, engineering managers, and staff engineers to establish canonical patterns, guide adoption without formal authority, ship FinOps features, and drive organization-wide technical initiatives. The role remains hands-on while influencing architecture, engineering culture, and AI-native software development practices.
