Provides inside sales and customer service for an automotive repair shop. Responsibilities include creating work orders, booking services, communicating with technicians, preparing quotes, obtaining authorizations, finalizing sales, following up with customers, recommending tire and mechanical services, processing billing, updating showroom promotions, supporting safety initiatives, and assisting with inventory documentation and counts.

Develop and grow commercial tire sales by researching prospects, building customer relationships, recommending products, providing pricing, coordinating deliveries, and following up on customer needs. Maintain customer purchasing information, support billing and inventory processes, contribute to sales forecasts, attend trade shows and industry events, and participate in safety and training initiatives.
