Leads complex, multidisciplinary consulting projects from proposal through completion while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and client communications. Supports troubled projects through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, financial intervention, and margin protection. Mentors project managers, improves delivery processes, builds project management capacity, and promotes operational excellence across national consulting disciplines.

Leads Dillon’s Indigenous Rights and Consultation discipline by setting technical and quality standards, driving innovation, developing teams, recruiting talent, strengthening client and project relationships, and overseeing operational performance. The role supports Duty to Consult, Indigenous engagement and relations, Indigenous Knowledge programs, jurisdiction and rights-based planning, and Aboriginal and Treaty Rights assessments. The Discipline Lead is accountable for service quality, risk management, profitability, sustainable growth, and continuous improvement across the discipline.
