The Senior Analytics Engineer will develop scalable analytics solutions, optimize SQL queries, and recommend data improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Build and maintain analytics-ready data models and reporting tables, write and optimize complex SQL, create executive dashboards and KPIs, collaborate with stakeholders, apply engineering best practices to analytics code, and document data governance.

Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Finance and Music Operations. Lead end-to-end analytics: data modeling, complex SQL, dashboarding in Sigma, data quality, and governance. Deliver executive insights on revenue, streams, royalties, and artist/catalog performance to drive data-informed decisions.
