The role manages customer relationships, QBRs, success plans, workshops, and technical support while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve scalable customer-success programs.

Own post-sale success for enterprise customers by leading technical onboarding, configuring integrations across CI/CD systems and developer tooling, troubleshooting production issues, conducting architecture reviews and enablement sessions, and driving adoption. Partner with account executives on renewals and expansions while gathering customer feedback for Product and Engineering. The role requires strong technical customer-facing experience, code literacy, SaaS integration knowledge, and comfort working with developers, security teams, and executives.
