Lead and unify the agency's design-technology practice, manage and coach frontend engineers, set frontend architecture and QA standards, write and review React/HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, champion design systems and Figma workflows, prototype hardware/software integrations, evaluate AI-assisted development tools, coordinate with a sister development team, and oversee project planning, resourcing, and risk across multiple client engagements.

Lead and execute generative and evaluative UX research, synthesize insights into actionable product recommendations, collaborate with design through discovery to validation, facilitate co-ideation, present audience-centric narratives tied to business impact, and track the influence of research on product decisions.
