Own end-to-end editing of high-volume performance video ads for paid social, CTV, and emerging channels. Iterate quickly using performance data, handle motion graphics, color and audio mixing, leverage AI tools, maintain efficient workflows and QC assets to platform specs while collaborating with creative and growth teams.

Embedded within a core business area, own end-to-end analytics: define problems, build metrics/reports, run analyses and experiments, surface insights, recommend actions, and drive outcomes with stakeholders.

Lead development and scaling of Jerry.ai's AI agent platform and customer experiences. Define roadmap, design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails. Act as technical translator between engineering and the business, run experiments to improve automation, quality, and satisfaction, and partner with OpenAI on voice and workflow model integrations.
