Own complex HR operations workflows across employee changes, HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, and global employment processes. Improve HRIS configurations, automation, reporting, data integrity, documentation, and operational controls. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, managers, payroll providers, benefits vendors, and international employment partners to resolve issues and build scalable, audit-ready processes.

Develop feedback loops connecting generative AI outputs to advertising performance signals, apply prompt engineering and post-training methods, run experiments, and ship reliable production ML systems. Collaborate across Product, Research, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver AI-native advertising products.

Lead and scale global demand generation for enterprise and PLG: develop integrated campaigns (paid, ABM, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships), optimize funnel and attribution, build reporting and automation, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, revenue, and expansion.

Lead global consumer PR strategy for Higgsfield AI, managing media campaigns, creator and entertainment relations, product launch communications, agency partners, and executive visibility to position the company as a culturally relevant AI consumer brand.
