Supports Enterprise SCADA configuration, HMI development, point and alarm setup, industrial protocol and PLC integration, MQTT and edge deployments, testing, commissioning, documentation, and client support. The role also involves Windows and SQL Server infrastructure, virtualization, Active Directory, OT cybersecurity practices, troubleshooting, and travel to industrial sites across western Canada. It is an early-career position with mentorship toward independent SCADA specialist responsibilities.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports Ignition SCADA systems, including HMI screens, dashboards, alarms, tag structures, scripting, MQTT and edge architectures, industrial protocol integrations, and database connectivity. The role contributes to project documentation, client workshops, commissioning, FAT/SAT, cybersecurity hardening, and go-live support. It also provides informal mentorship and collaborates with controls, OT, IT, and operations teams. Travel to industrial client facilities and occasional after-hours commissioning support are required.

Leads strategic business development and growth initiatives for industrial and energy-sector clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, prospecting, managing pipelines and forecasts, preparing proposals and RFPs, analyzing markets and competitors, developing go-to-market strategies, managing strategic engagements, attending industry events, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The role requires executive-level selling experience, strong energy-sector knowledge, and frequent travel across Canada and North America.
