Lead accounting operations for a credit union: prepare financial statements, oversee regulatory filings (NCUA Call Reports), manage general ledger and reconciliations, direct accounting staff, maintain internal controls and CECL allowance processes, drive month/quarter/year-end close, coordinate audits and regulatory exams, support CFO with financial analysis, and implement process improvements and automation.

Provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement and HR reporting. Assist sourcing, screening, orientations, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.
