Provides administrative and customer service support for the WorkConnect team. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining client records in Compass and Caseflo, managing spreadsheets, compiling monthly and ad hoc reports, creating office forms, supporting client intake, responding to inquiries, and referring ineligible clients to community resources. The role also helps maintain a welcoming, professional centre environment and requires confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and strong communication skills.

Work with employers to place clients in employment, prospect and maintain employer relationships, coach clients for interviews and retention, organize job fairs and events, update employer database, and meet placement and 90-day retention targets.
