Own the full customer lifecycle for US and Americas accounts, including onboarding, relationship management, account health, retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Act as a strategic advisor, gather customer insights, resolve issues, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to maximize customer value and growth.
