Optimize, configure, program, test and troubleshoot complex mission-critical communications systems (RF, P25, wired/wireless). Provide advanced technical support, install and maintain network/server hardware and software, collaborate with engineering/project teams, produce documentation and weekly activity reports, and perform customer-facing troubleshooting and system cutovers.

The Project Manager oversees communication system projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction. They lead project teams, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets, utilizing various project management tools. Excellent communication skills and a background in engineering or project management are essential.
