Lead enterprise software deployments for large engineering consultancy customers. Own onboarding plans, rollout milestones, stakeholder engagement, adoption, success measurement, risk management, and expansion opportunities. Partner with MEP product specialists, account managers, product, and engineering teams to drive change management, remove implementation roadblocks, capture customer insights, and build a scalable deployment playbook.

Own technical customer success from sales support through adoption. Lead discovery calls, pre-kickoff configuration, product demonstrations, training, onboarding, and ongoing consultation. Monitor customer activity during the first 90 days, resolve usage questions, support expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product roadmap improvements. Requires strong electrical design expertise, AEC knowledge, and advanced Revit proficiency.

Build and ship full‑stack product features for a browser-based CAD application: own front-end architecture and UX, maintain backend services (APIs, Postgres on GCP), write well-tested high-performance code (including C++ core), and lead customer-facing technical engagements to turn feedback into product improvements.
