Responsibilities include conducting policy research and analysis, preparing briefs and reports, representing CFIB in lobbying and government meetings, monitoring legislation and economic trends, acting as a media spokesperson, responding to member inquiries, and collaborating on communications for members and media.

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory by meeting small and medium-sized business owners, presenting CFIB solutions, generating leads, and building long-term member relationships. The role involves cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, community networking, independent field work, CRM usage, and participation in sales training and leadership development.
