Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, employee records, training, compliance, workplace inspections, incident investigations, WCB claims, safety programs, audits, environmental response, and HR/HSE reporting. The role serves as an onsite liaison between employees, supervisors, operations, management, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
