Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations from contract signature through organization-wide adoption. Responsibilities include creating rollout plans, managing cross-functional stakeholders, configuring SSO/SAML and SCIM, coordinating integrations and data migration, completing security reviews, driving change-management programs, monitoring risks and adoption metrics, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing implementation playbooks and enablement materials.
