Lead implementations and launches for brands across Stord's network, managing systems integrations, SIT/UAT, WMS/OMS deployment, go-live and hypercare. Build SOPs, coordinate cross-functional teams and customers, and implement processes to ensure fulfillment center self-sustainability and profitability.

Serve as the on-site HR contact for an assigned fulfillment center, handling daily HR functions (onboarding, background checks, training, employee relations), driving engagement programs, coaching managers, analyzing people data, and partnering with People Team to improve warehouse employee experience and ensure policy compliance.

Lead and develop a Customer Support team to deliver timely, accurate case resolution. Own KPIs (TTFR, TTR, CSAT), analyze data from CRM/WMS/OMS, build dashboards, and drive process and system improvements. Manage escalations, update SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Finance, and Tech to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
