Lead technical strategy and architecture for Coinbase Payments: design and evolve high‑availability, low‑latency funds‑flow and rails systems, drive cross‑team initiatives and reliability improvements, enforce financial correctness, mentor senior engineers, and align stakeholders across product, risk, and compliance.

Lead global GL operations and intercompany accounting, own month‑end and quarter‑end close, manage intercompany billing, FX, eliminations and transfer pricing.
