Own Affirm’s core checkout experience for selecting and reviewing payment terms. Lead research, experimentation, UX development, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional execution across Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Research, Legal, and Compliance. Improve conversion, clarity, and consumer confidence while expanding the experience internationally and adapting it to local markets.

Leads cross-functional operations enablement programs that scale compliant servicing experiences.
