Leads Affirm’s global customer operations vendor strategy and BPO network, owning governance, performance, compliance, resiliency, cost optimization, AI-enabled innovation, and customer experience. Partners cross-functionally to identify systemic weaknesses, improve reliability, and embed resilience validation into engineering workflows. Requires leadership experience in reliability, infrastructure, or distributed systems and hands-on expertise with production testing, chaos engineering, cloud-native environments, and distributed-system failure modes.

Supports application security across product and engineering teams by reviewing code, configurations, designs, vulnerabilities, and pull requests. Helps triage and prioritize security findings, provides remediation guidance, develops scripts and automation, and promotes secure coding practices. The role communicates risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborates cross-functionally, and develops offensive, defensive, and software engineering skills.

Own brand and partner campaign strategy from brief through launch and retrospectives. Translate business priorities, consumer insights, and brand strategy into integrated campaign plans, GTM recommendations, investment priorities, and creative briefs. Coordinate cross-functional marketing, creative, social, paid, product, partner, and communications teams.
