Own the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s consumer loyalty program, launching rewards, tiers, engagement loops, and redemption experiences. Lead program economics, experimentation, incrementality, LTV measurement, and reward optimization. Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, engineering, and design to deliver compliant products and drive repeat usage, retention, share of wallet, and incremental GMV.

The role focuses on large-scale data platforms and technologies including Iceberg, Flink, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Provide high-touch technical and operational support to merchant partners using Affirm. Troubleshoot complex account, configuration, and platform issues; coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Operations; manage multiple inquiries; develop scalable support processes; communicate product updates; and aggregate merchant feedback to inform product planning.

Build backend data and measurement systems connecting marketing acquisition activity to signup, conversion, and GMV outcomes. Develop reliable pipelines, identity and event data systems, attribution capabilities, and marketing technology integrations while incorporating privacy, consent, and consumer-data requirements. Lead engineers through ambiguous problems, own quarterly goals, improve system reliability and code quality, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor team members.

Lead the design, scalability, reliability, and optimization of continuous integration systems, build pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, and developer productivity tooling. Build and ship full-stack web applications and scalable APIs for Affirm’s advertising platform.
