Manage programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including trafficking, pixel implementation, QA, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance reporting. Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams, provide campaign setup expertise, translate performance insights into recommendations, and develop scalable best practices for high-quality campaign execution.

Lead a backend engineering team owning the creative pipeline for high-throughput, low-latency adtech services. Drive roadmap execution, run agile rituals, mentor engineers, participate in architecture and code reviews, handle incidents and on-call, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and support hiring and onboarding.

Own the vision and roadmap for StackAdapt’s Attribution stack, including click-through, view-through, CTV, ABM, and other attribution models. Partner with major clients and cross-functional teams to define needs, align stakeholders, create product specifications, and guide engineering, design, and QA delivery. Translate complex data and identity-resolution constraints into product decisions, use experiments and analytics to drive iteration, and develop measurement products that increase customer engagement.
